Biography
I joined the University of Portsmouth in October 2018 from working as a practitioner in the discipline of applied of sports science and strength and conditioning. I started my current role as a Teaching Fellow in Strength and Conditioning, in the School of Sport, Health and Exercise Science in November 2019. My previous roles have included leading an academy sports science programme at a Premier League football club, as well as various strength and conditioning positions across professional football. Previous to my roles in football, I worked within tennis at a LTA International High Performance Centre in Hertfordshire. I completed my post-graduate MSc in Strength and Conditioning in 2014 from Middlesex University.
Alongside my academic role, I am an active practitioner, currently leading the university scholar strength and conditioning programme, working with a variety of national and international level athletes.
