Mr Shuangfa Huang
I am a Research Fellow in the Strategy, Enterprise and Innovation Subject Group in the Faculty of Business and Law. I am also the PhD coordinator in the subject group. My current research examines innovation and entrepreneurship with a focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). I am interested in applying the technique of fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) to examine potential causal complexity with respect to innovation and entrepreneurship-related phenomenon.
I hold a PhD in Management from Lancaster University and an MSc in International Marketing Management from the Robert Gordon University. Prior to my academic career, I have ten years’ industry experience in Shenzhen, China.
My current research interests include innovation and entrepreneurship within the context of SMEs. I am also interested in the factors, such as the individual, team, firm, or policy factors, that contribute to the growth and innovation of SMEs.
