A decision rule approach for analysing the attractiveness of crowdfunding projects
Research output: Contribution to conference › Paper › peer-review
The objective of this paper is to analyse the attractiveness of crowdfunding projects. First, a priori and posteriori information are used to assign the projects into a set of ordered attractiveness classes. Subsequently, a well-known multi-criteria sorting method, namely the Dominance-based Rough Set Approach (DRSA), is used to generate a collection of if-then decision rules that permit us to summarise and generalise the information provided to investors. The dataset used for illustration is obtained from the crowdfunding platform Lendwithcare.
