Italian restricted competition practice: three illustrative cases

Almost all Italian public works are covered by competitions regulated under a law, the Codice Appalti, which is derived from the EU public contracts directive. However, the Italian interpretation of the EU legislation, according to my experience, appears more restrictive than in other countries.
