This essay reports on the concept of using games to raise cultural awareness amongst international students travelling abroad for further education. This essay highlights few of the culture shock experiences international students go through during their stay in an inexperienced cultural environment. It highlights the innovative use of gaming to reduce the shock of such cultural experiences prior to experiencing it.
